Cross- sector forum on the Law on Donations and Sponsorships

In order for the views, opinions and recommendations of all stakeholders in the process of preparing amendments to the Law on Donations and Sponsorships in the Public Activities (adopted in April, 2006) to be heard and noted,  the Association Konekt organized  Cross- sector forum on the Law on Donations and Sponsorships on 5th of December, 2011 at the Holiday Inn.   

The Cross- sector forum is another step towards involving the public in the process of preparing changes to the Law, whose primary purpose is to encourage contributions (through donations and sponsorships) of enterprises and citizens in the field of public interest (education, culture, welfare, environment, health, sports, etc.). Through this, we strive to contribute to improving the lives of citizens, associations and foundations, individuals and legal entities, their economic prosperity and social justice.
