Nikica Kusinikova, MA, Executive Director.
She holds Joint European Master Degree in Comparative Local Development from the University of Trento/Italy, University of Regensburg/Germany and Corvinus University from Budapest/Hungary. Her Master thesis is on the topic of “Diaspora philanthropy as a potential resource for the NGOs in Macedonia”. Pursuing her primary vocation as BSc in Electrical Engineering she worked in the Macedonian Television. For the last ten years she works at managerial positions and as a consultant for international and local development programs in the area of democracy and civil society development. Beyond her professional engagements, Nikica is activist in the NGO sector and advocate for animal rights as part of the Society for protection of Animals Srna. In her free time she enjoys traveling.
Her donation causes are: animal welfare, democracy and human rights as well as all NGOs she is working with.

Biljana Ginova, Program Officer.
Biljana is a well established worker in the world of humanitarian development in Macedonia.  During her college years, prior to receiving her degree as an Engineer in Industrial Management, Biljana was involved in several human and minority rights, educational, environmental and civil society organizations in Macedonia.  She also for some period edited the street paper, ULICA, a social program for support of homeless and socially excluded people. She has also worked in program for supporting the development of small and medium enterprises.
Ms. Ginova is a native of Bitola, and its strongest supporter.  She is now a shining light in the Skopje philanthropic world, as Program Officer for KONEKT.  In addition to engagement at Konekt, Biljana is a member of two alpinist organizations where she realizes her hobby.

Natasa Milosevska, Program Officer.
As technology engineer, at the moment Natasa is completing her Masters in Human resource management. She has extensive working experience in USAID funded projects in the area of education. For five years she was working for Catholic Relief Services managing their education department and afterwards she worked for the USAID funded Secondary Education Activity. Recently, Natasa became mother of twin daughters, Jana and Ana.

Lillian Mizrahi, Peace Corps Volunteer.
Lillian is a Peace Corps volunteer assigned to  Konekt. She is originally from New York but has resided in Los Angeles, California for many years.  Her previous career has been in television production and she has worked with E! Entertainment for the last 9 years.  Prior projects include NOBEL PEACE PRIZE CONCERTS, 1996 OLYMPICS Concerts, HOLLYWOOD BOWL Opening Galas, LIFESTYLES OF THE RICH AND FAMOUS, KENNEDY CENTER HONORS, several talk and variety series...truly too many to mention.  She was led to philanthropy after the experience of being Parents' Association President for her children's school.  Working on Telethons like MDA, Cerebral Palsy, Children's Village and Worldvision fundraisers also introduced her to the importance and rewards of philanthropy.
