On 28th of April 2010, in Skopje, Civil Society Strengthening Project organized the Final Conference presenting the achieved results.
During the five year implementation of the Project (www.isc.org.mk), 150 associations of citizens in 34 municipalities in Republic of Macedonia were supported.
The Project was implemented by consortium led by the Institute for Sustainable Communities (www.iscvt.org), with financial support from USAID. Members of the consortium were the European Center for not-for-profit Law (www.ecnl.org.hu), Konekt and the Macedonian Institute for Media (www.mim.org.mk).
During the Final Conference, topics of importance for the NGOs were discussed such as participation of NGOs in the decision making processes on public policies and mobilization of citizens.
