Many companies donate to the communities they operate in. Through their donations, the companies connect in a unique way with the people in their community. Donations give companies a chance to promote the creation of a more humane society and equitable development that would create equal opportunities for all citizens. Donations are a powerful tool that companies use to support issues of concern to citizens. They empower citizens to get actively involved in the addressing of issues in the community.
Konekt promotes and encourages corporate philanthropy. We believe that donations from companies should largely be directed to addressing long-term problems in society and the reasons that created them. We see corporate donations as a form of social investment. Every company needs investment and a strategic approach in order to build long-term value. The same applies to donations. They are social investments that need to be strategically planned in order to achieve the desired effects and influence regardless of the company's size.
Konekt helps companies create a systematic approach to corporate philanthropy. We advise them on how to focus and strategically plan their giving practices to achieve better effects. In doing so, we strive to integrate corporate philanthropy into the company's overall CSR strategy and its business practices. In the long term, this approach is better for the community, and it also creates greater added value for the company itself.
